Healthy, Organic, Plant-Based Meals You Will Love!

This week, I tried Veestro, a healthy, all organic, plant-based, chef-crafted meal service that caters to busy peeps who don’t have time to cook after a long day and still want to eat healthy, nutritious food. Sounds like you? Read on.

There are tons of meal delivery services competing for our attention, I know. But I truly think that this one stands out among them. And believe me, I’ve tried many of these meal services in question.

Here are five reasons why I think you will also fall in love with Veestro:

Mark and Monica, siblings and founders of Veestro, are big believers that you get out of life what you put in. And so do I! Ingredients matter. They really do. I love that they offer all organic meals that are also preservative free. Everything is made fresh and shipped to your doorstep frozen.

These chef-prepared meals are made with love, and each ingredient is hand picked for optimal freshness. I love that I can count on them for quality. All of the meals taste amazing, too! My personal favorite is the red curry, tofu, and brown rice platter.

Mark and Monica grew up in Costa Rica, where fresh, home-cooked meals with tons of vegetables and fruit were the daily normal. It’s also where that happy, healthy outlook called “pura vida” was a way of life. When they started their business, Mark and Monica wanted to bring  that lifestyle to modern American homes: Veestro is about what feeds us, body and soul—delicious, organic, healthy, sustainable, from plants. They also offer different plans for different needs, from weight loss and low calorie to high protein meals.

When you customize your Veestro box, you can choose from over 50 breakfasts, lunches or dinners. This is key for us, because even with some of our favorite meal services, we only have a handful options to choose from and we’re not always a fan of the selection. With 50 options, there is something for everyone, from the pickiest eaters to experimental foodies (gluten-free, soy-free, kosher, nut-free, high-protein, and low calorie meals).

As a mom, my favorite part about Veestro is that their “heat & love” meals are ready to go in under 5 minutes. Some nights, after putting the boys to sleep, the last thing I want to do is cook for myself. But, at the same time, I want to eat something healthy, organic, and plant-based. Veestro has been a lifesaver on nights when I don’t have that motivation, and that’s the main reason why I think they truly stand out among meal delivery services! It’s quick, easy, and healthy… and involves zero dishes. Now how amazing is that?

FYI: They have an awesome spring deal going on right now, so if you’re interested in checking out what the hype is all about (they’ve been featured by PopSugar, Self, InStyle, and Refinery29, among others!), enter code RESET to receive 20% off your first 4 boxes!
